Welcome!

After many years as a globe trotting television producer I have transitioned into a globe trotting photographer. I guess that was about as far as I could shift because for the better part of my life I have been looking through a lens. My default view of the world is through a frame. Every day I find that I am searching for ways to capture moments that are memorable, inspiring, beautiful, moving and something you want to return to again and again.

Thank you for taking a moment out of your day to peruse some of my favorite photos from some of my favorite places. I think you'll get a sense of what grabs my attention and hopefully you will feel the same way.

Inspiration

The world is a wonderous place with beauty that is sometimes hard to believe. It is my joy to share some of it's abundant wonders here and hope that they evoke a feeling or memory as they each do for me.

Techniques

Photographers love their fancy cameras, I am no exception but I also know that they won't always be hanging around my neck when the perfect shot presents itself. So I do what you do, I pull out my trusty smartphone to fill in from time to time.

Showing my photography in galleries, where I can interact with guests who want to know the stories behind the pictures, is a great joy. I know how fortunate I am to have seen all the things I have. Being able to tell a narrative (or even spin a yarn) is something I relish.
